This site describes our services. It is provided as it stands, for information, and does not by itself create a delivery contract or an obligation to accept a campaign. Access may be interrupted for maintenance.
Documents are produced from the eligibility file and wording the client supplies. The client is responsible for the accuracy of that data, for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and for the content of any notice that carries a legal or plan requirement. We are responsible for producing and sending the agreed document and for the delivery record.
We may suspend a campaign that breaches this section, and will tell the client contact why.
The portal, its software and the material on this site belong to Cedar Ridge Benefits Services, Inc. Client names, logos and plan wording are used only as instructed and remain the client’s property. Documents produced for an employee are for that employee’s use.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a campaign is limited to the fees paid for that campaign in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the client’s failure to supply accurate data or obtain the consents its own rules require. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, and the courts of Johnson County, Kansas have jurisdiction, unless the client agreement names a different forum.
